COURSE SUMMARY
The Spin City Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor Course will cover the fundamentals of safe and effective pole fitness Instruction. The focus of this course is twofold; part theory, part practical. Firstly we will give you a range of teaching and coaching techniques to make you a confident and effective instructor. This will be supported by relevant pole theory including teaching safe progression and correct postural alignment. We will also cover the practical aspects of running your classes from how to structure your syllabus to the process of writing class plans.
The second phase of this course is highly practical in nature, as we will teach you over 100 beginner’s pole fitness techniques. You will learn the first part of the Spin City pole syllabus, a series of strength and conditioning techniques to help your beginners progress and we will complete your practical training with beginners’ combinations, sequences and choreography. This course will provide you with every aspect you need to starting teaching confident and effective pole fitness classes in your community.

Pre-Requisites: Basic Pole Fitness experience along with introductory knowledge of anatomy and physiology is recommended but not required
Assessment: This course has a two part assessment; stage 1, complete your Instructor Workbook (theory assessment) stage 2, film and submit yourself teaching a beginner’s class (practical assessment)
