Our retreat is set at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, in a beautiful place of peace that offers you simplicity and comfort. The Zen inspired decoration reflects balance and harmony. Natural colours and soft tones induce relaxation and calmness.
We’ll enjoy nourishing yoga & meditation sessions in our spacious yoga room which is flooded with natural light & big glass-doors to offer the magnificent views. And for the days we want to take it outside, our open-air yoga terrace has astonishing views to the mountains and valley, where orange, lemon, almond and fig trees thrive. The sound of birds and nature are the background music in savasana – it’s truly the perfect space to practice in the fresh air.
During our week together, you’ll have time to relax by the pool, enjoy the warming sun, explore the island, and nurture your body with the delicious healthy, organic meals. Treat yourself with a massage, read a book, take a nap or take a meditative walk in the beautiful nature surrounding you. All the ingredients are there for you to feel nurtured and taken care of, while taking in the teachings that will open your mind like that of a beginner and allow you to love, bend and breathe fully.os2

Deborah runs international retreats throughout the year and has a reputation for inspiring students to feel present, embodied and able to meet their practice (and life!) with fun. She loves teaching all levels – from complete beginners’ classes to teacher training and everything in between – and has plenty to offer everyone, regardless of age, size, gender, fitness, diet and lifestyle. She’s a Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance, is accredited by BWY and owns Whitespace Yoga Studio in the UK.
You will learn how to create the foundation of your practice based on alignment and a clear technique. This will allow you to create a solid foundation for your practice, or transform your current practice, the doorway to finding inner peace and equanimity on and off the mat.
Every morning we start the day with a meditation followed by an energizing asana practice. In the afternoon we will explore the more gentle and intuitive side of yoga with a soothing Yin practice.os5

The bedrooms in the main house are stylish and characterised by simple and clear lines. The furniture is made of high quality and natural materials to bring a sense of warmth and relaxation. All rooms are shared with shared bathrooms.
There is also an apartment within the land with private bathroom that can host up to 4 more guests in 2 rooms.
The gardens offer a wonderful space to relax and read under the shade of palm trees and you can go for a refreshing swim in the large outdoor swimming pool. There are sun beds around the pool with additional seating under a wooden canopy with picnic tables.
You will enjoy home cooked vegetarian meals, that will nurture both your body as well as your taste buds The meals will be served in the dining room and the living room or at the big communal dining table inside the house or outside on the terrace. An after-meal conversation or the typical siesta can be held on the big sofa in the living room area in front of the fireplace. Electronic devices are most often a source of distraction, therefore Tramuntana Flow provides free Wi-Fi only in these social areas.
